The Perfect After School/work/dinner Snack
Ingredients
- 3-4 sliced, frozen bananas
- 1/4c raw cacao powder
- a big splash of water (or milk of choice... the creamier the better so hemp/macadamia milk would work best)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients like when making banana ice cream
Scrape down sides and repeat processing or blending if necessary
Pour mixture evenly into a square ice cube mold tray
Cover with clear plastic wrap and poke holes through with the craft stick to hold the sticks straight
Freeze for approx 2-3 hours! pop one out whenever you want a healthy, fudgy, frozen chocolatey treat!
