The Perfect After School/work/dinner Snack

Ingredients

  • 3-4 sliced, frozen bananas
  • 1/4c raw cacao powder
  • a big splash of water (or milk of choice... the creamier the better so hemp/macadamia milk would work best)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients like when making banana ice cream

  2. Scrape down sides and repeat processing or blending if necessary

  3. Pour mixture evenly into a square ice cube mold tray

  4. Cover with clear plastic wrap and poke holes through with the craft stick to hold the sticks straight

  5. Freeze for approx 2-3 hours! pop one out whenever you want a healthy, fudgy, frozen chocolatey treat!
