Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Essentially you’re just mixing everything up (except for the fresh ginger) over medium heat in a sauce pan

  2. Once it has reached a warm temperature pour it into the blender with the fresh ginger - using a blender gives the turmeric latte a nice foam

  3. Pour into your favorite mug, sit on your cozy couch and enjoy
