Turmeric
Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Essentially you’re just mixing everything up (except for the fresh ginger) over medium heat in a sauce pan
Once it has reached a warm temperature pour it into the blender with the fresh ginger - using a blender gives the turmeric latte a nice foam
Pour into your favorite mug, sit on your cozy couch and enjoy
