Vegan
Ingredients
- vegan chocolate:
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract / powder
- pinch of sea salt, add more to taste
- 2. add the remaining ingredients and whisk until totally smooth.
- strawberry chia jam:
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (or any sweetener)
- 1-3 tsp chia seeds
- peanut butter:
- 1/4-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- agave syrup, to taste (or any sweetener)
- you can also use powdered peanut butter, follow according to directions*
Preparation
Assemble:
Line a muffin pan with paper cups
With a small spoon or cookie scoop, evenly distribute melted chocolate into each muffin cup
Move pan to evenly coat the bottom of each cup
Freeze pan for 5 mins
Remove pan from freezer and add a small spoonfuls of peanut butter and jam on top of each chocolate layer
Freeze whole pan for another 5 mins
Remove pan from freezer and add remaining chocolate to cover the filling
Freeze for the last 5-10 mins, or until set
