Ingredients

  • vegan chocolate:
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract / powder
  • pinch of sea salt, add more to taste
  • 2. add the remaining ingredients and whisk until totally smooth.
  • strawberry chia jam:
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (or any sweetener)
  • 1-3 tsp chia seeds
  • peanut butter:
  • 1/4-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • agave syrup, to taste (or any sweetener)
  • you can also use powdered peanut butter, follow according to directions*

Preparation

  1. Assemble:

  2. Line a muffin pan with paper cups

  3. With a small spoon or cookie scoop, evenly distribute melted chocolate into each muffin cup

  4. Move pan to evenly coat the bottom of each cup

  5. Freeze pan for 5 mins

  6. Remove pan from freezer and add a small spoonfuls of peanut butter and jam on top of each chocolate layer

  7. Freeze whole pan for another 5 mins

  8. Remove pan from freezer and add remaining chocolate to cover the filling

  9. Freeze for the last 5-10 mins, or until set
