Vegan Apple Pie with Almonds and Raisins
Ingredients
- 4-5 large apples
- 300g vegan puff pastry
- 30g chopped almonds
- 30g raisins
- Cinnamon as much as you like
Preparation
Peel and slice the apples into thin bite-size slices.
Place the sliced apples onto one side of the vegan puff pastry on parchment paper on a baking tray.
Distribute the raisins evenly on the puff pastry.
Distribute the chopped almonds evenly on the puff pastry.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Fold the puff pastry over the filling.
Bake at 180°C for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool down a bit before serving.
Tips
Use store-bought vegan puff pastry for simplicity.
You can sprinkle additional cinnamon on top after baking.
