Vegan Black Beans Burger with BBQ Sauce and Mango Roses
Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans (boiled or canned)
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 small parsley root (diced)
- 1/2 small zucchini (diced)
- salt, ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Burger toppings
- a little oil for frying
- burger buns
- tomatoes
- sweet mango slices
- bbq sauce
- lettuce
- sweet mustard
- red onion
Preparation
Put all patties ingredients into your food processor and blend on medium speed until you get a firm but smooth consistency.
Form burger patties the same size as your burger buns.
Fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Serve as seen in the picture with the other burger ingredients.
