Vegan Black Beans Burger with BBQ Sauce and Mango Roses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans (boiled or canned)
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp oats
  • 1 small parsley root (diced)
  • 1/2 small zucchini (diced)
  • salt, ground pepper, cumin, dried dill, cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Burger toppings

  • a little oil for frying
  • burger buns
  • tomatoes
  • sweet mango slices
  • bbq sauce
  • lettuce
  • sweet mustard
  • red onion

Preparation

  1. Put all patties ingredients into your food processor and blend on medium speed until you get a firm but smooth consistency.

  2. Form burger patties the same size as your burger buns.

  3. Fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.

  4. Serve as seen in the picture with the other burger ingredients.
