Vegan Chocolate Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 dl whip cream (soy)
- 0,5 dl jelly sugar
- 50 g chocolate
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add whip cream (soy), chocolate, and a pinch of salt into a pot on high heat.
Sift the cacao powder into the pot while stirring.
Once the mixture is boiling, add the jelly sugar and continue stirring for another minute.
Pour the mixture into glasses or serving dishes.
Store the dessert in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours and you’ll have a chocolate cream.
Keep it for a few more hours or overnight, and the dessert will firm up to a creamy panna cotta consistency.
