Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Balls⁣(Gf & Df)⁣

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops (I used 54 grams) @1stphorm vegan protein powder⁣
  • 80 - 120 grams of the almond butter⁣
  • (I used 80 grams but it was runny) ⁣
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew/ almond milk⁣
  • 1 cup GF rolled oats pulsed into “flour” using a food processor⁣
  • 30 grams Lily’s Dark Chocolate Stevia sweetened baking chips⁣
  • If it’s too dry add 1/4-1/2 cup sf syrup ⁣
  • (Walden farms is my fav & I don’t track it) or more almond/ cashew milk until like cookie dough ⁣

Preparation

  1. Mix all together in a bowl after you pulsed the oats… if it is too dry, add a bit more cashew milk to thin out but it should be THICK batter!⁣

  2. Refrigerate for 20-30 min to harden and then roll into balls ~ I got 12
