Golden Holiday Nog Floats
Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk (full fat)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 4 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar + 1 tsp
- 1 pint Banana Nicecream
- For garnish: cinnamon stick, star anise, ground nutmeg
Preparation
Place coconut milk in blender and pulse until fully combined.
Pour coconut milk in medium saucepan and add in sugar. Bring to medium heat, stirring fairly constantly until sugar dissolves - whisk together as it combines and sugar dissolves.
Turn down heat to med-low and add remaining ingredients. Whisk until fully combined. Let sit on med-low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour into glasses, and top with a scoop (or two) of Banana Nicecream.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, star anise or more ground nutmeg. Enjoy!
