Vegan Eats
Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk (full fat) ⠀
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger⠀
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric ⠀
- 41/2 tsp ground nutmeg⠀
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar + 1 tsp⠀
- 1 pint Banana Nicecream⠀
- For garnish: cinnamon stick, star anise, ground nutmeg
Preparation
Place coconut milk in blender and pulse until fully combined. ⠀
Pour coconut milk in medium saucepan and add in sugar. Bring to medium heat, stirring fairly constantly until sugar dissolves - whisk together as it combines and sugar dissolves.⠀
Turn down heat to med-low and add remaining ingredients. Whisk until fully combined. Let sit on med-low heat for 5 minutes.⠀
Pour into into glasses, and top with a scoop (or two) of Banana Nicecream.⠀
Garnish with cinnamon stick, star anise or more ground nutmeg. Enjoy!⠀
