Vegan Overnight Quinoa Cereal (High Protein)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup almond milk, or other non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 raisins
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 1/2 t ceylon cinnamon
- sliced banana, for topping
Preparation
In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Scoop into serving bowls and top with sliced bananas
