Vegan Overnight Quinoa Cereal (High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 cup almond milk, or other non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 raisins
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t ceylon cinnamon
  • sliced banana, for topping

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. Scoop into serving bowls and top with sliced bananas
