Vegan Strawberry Cookies with White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 packet of strawberry flavored cake mix (Dunkin cake mix is generally vegan)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate bars (@blisslab.bh)
- 2 vegan eggs (I used Bob's Red Mill egg substitute)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack until they are completely cool and hold their shape.
