Vegan Twix Candy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 flax or chia egg (1 tbsp flax seeds mixed with 2-3 tbsp water)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Mix all ingredients together until a

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth. Spread over crust and freeze for at least 5 hours. Remove from freezer, slice and coat in melted dark chocolate. Return to freezer for 10 minutes to set, then keep stored in freezer
