Vegantuna
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Jinka lemon & dill vegan tuna
- 3 oz. Just mayo
- 2 oz. Celery, diced
- 2 oz. Dill relish
- 2 oz. Red onion, diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Add everything except salt & pepper. Once mixed, add salt & pepper to your taste
Tuna sandwiches used to be one of my favorites growing up. My mom used to put hard-boiled eggs in it and that made it even better. I will try that next time using tofu maybe. Also, I always eat tuna salad on soft bread so that it doesn't squish out. Enjoy
