Vegantuna

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Jinka lemon & dill vegan tuna
  • 3 oz. Just mayo
  • 2 oz. Celery, diced
  • 2 oz. Dill relish
  • 2 oz. Red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add everything except salt & pepper. Once mixed, add salt & pepper to your taste

  2. Tuna sandwiches used to be one of my favorites growing up. My mom used to put hard-boiled eggs in it and that made it even better. I will try that next time using tofu maybe. Also, I always eat tuna salad on soft bread so that it doesn't squish out. Enjoy
