Vegetable Pasties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of leeks
  • 1 cup of grated carrots
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 sheets of vegan pastry
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

  1. In a fry pan add the oil, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, peas, salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool

  2. Cut the pastry into 6 squares and fill with the mixer then shape. Cook in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes or until gold brown
