Vegetable Pasties
Ingredients
- 1 cup of leeks
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/2 sheets of vegan pastry
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation
In a fry pan add the oil, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, peas, salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool
Cut the pastry into 6 squares and fill with the mixer then shape. Cook in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes or until gold brown
