- 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley
- 12-18 - varying on size - heirloom mini tomatoes
- 3 finely chopped Persian cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
- 3 lemons juiced, salt & pepper to taste
- Pinch of turmeric ? M
