  • 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley
  • 12-18 - varying on size - heirloom mini tomatoes
  • 3 finely chopped Persian cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
  • 3 lemons juiced, salt & pepper to taste
  • Pinch of turmeric ? M
