5-Minute Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill or 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4–1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt or regular salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined.

  2. Serve right away or let the dressing chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop flavors more.
