5-Minute Vegan Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill or 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt or regular salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Serve right away or let the dressing chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop flavors more.
