Air-Fried Quorn Nuggets with Ramen Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 Quorn crispy nuggets
- Oceans Halo ramen noodles
- 2 OXO meat-free chicken flavour stock cubes
- Water (enough to cover noodles)
- Pinch of turmeric
- Garlic powder
- 1 Clarence Court free-range quail egg
- Tender stem broccoli
- Pinch of sea salt
- Radishes
- Black onion seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Chilli flakes
- Chives
Preparation
Cook the Quorn crispy nuggets in the snack basket attachment of a Tefal Actifryer.
Cook the ramen noodles in water with OXO meat-free chicken flavour stock cubes, enough water to cover, a pinch of turmeric, and garlic powder.
Fry the Clarence Court free-range quail egg.
Boil the tender stem broccoli in water with a pinch of sea salt.
Prepare the radishes by slicing if desired.
Assemble all components in a bowl and sprinkle with black onion seeds, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, and chives.
