Air-Fried Quorn Nuggets with Ramen Bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 Quorn crispy nuggets
  • Oceans Halo ramen noodles
  • 2 OXO meat-free chicken flavour stock cubes
  • Water (enough to cover noodles)
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 Clarence Court free-range quail egg
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Radishes
  • Black onion seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Cook the Quorn crispy nuggets in the snack basket attachment of a Tefal Actifryer.

  2. Cook the ramen noodles in water with OXO meat-free chicken flavour stock cubes, enough water to cover, a pinch of turmeric, and garlic powder.

  3. Fry the Clarence Court free-range quail egg.

  4. Boil the tender stem broccoli in water with a pinch of sea salt.

  5. Prepare the radishes by slicing if desired.

  6. Assemble all components in a bowl and sprinkle with black onion seeds, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, and chives.
