Plant-Based Meatballs with Spicy Gravy and Chips
Ingredients
- Moving Mountains plant-based meatballs
- Bisto American hot and spicy gravy granules
- Chinese five spice
- Garlic puree
- Black onion seeds
- Sesame oil
- White wine vinegar
- Water
- Potatoes for Actifry chips
- Sesame seeds
- Chilli flakes
- Sea salt
Preparation
Pan fry the plant-based meatballs.
Add a little water and some Bisto gravy granules to the pan.
Sprinkle Chinese five spice, garlic puree, and black onion seeds.
Add a tiny amount of sesame oil for flavor.
Splash in white wine vinegar to enhance the flavors.
Prepare chips using an Actifry air fryer.
Season the chips with sesame seeds, chilli flakes, and sea salt.
