Apple Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of oats
  • For the toppings I used: 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
  • 1/4 apple
  • shredded coconut
  • squares salted peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients one by one in a saucepan and keep stirring now and then

  2. It’s ready when you get a smooth thick substance
