Apple Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 1/4 apple
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of oats
- For the toppings I used: 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 apple
- shredded coconut
- squares salted peanut butter
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Add the ingredients one by one in a saucepan and keep stirring now and then
It’s ready when you get a smooth thick substance
