Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 200g margarine
- 150g sugar
- 6 apples
- 3tbs sugar
- 2ts cinnamon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- preheat the oven to 180 degrees (two-sided heat)
- knead flour, sugar and margarine together
- add 3/4 of the dough to a cake tin to bottom and sides
- peel the apple and chop in small pieces
- add the apple to a pot with cinnamon, 3tb sugar and the lemon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (two-sided heat)
Knead flour, sugar and margarine together
Grease your cake tin with a bit of margarine
Add 3/4 of the dough to a cake tin to bottom and sides
Peel the apple and chop in small pieces
Add the apple to a pot with cinnamon, 3tb sugar and the lemon
Caramelize for about 10 minutes
Puree the apples or leave them in cubes
Add on top of the dough
Crumble the rest of the dough over the pie
Bake for 30-45 minutes
