Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup water/plant milk
  • 1 small apple
  • cinnamon
  • coconut sugar
  • 1tsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1tbsp mixed ground seeds (i use flax/pumpkin/sesame/sunflower)

Preparation

  1. Heat up frozen berries with a tiny bit of water and sweetener (optional), chopped walnuts and a splash of plant milk
