Apple Pie Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup water/plant milk
- 1 small apple
- cinnamon
- coconut sugar
- 1tsp protein powder (optional)
- 1tbsp mixed ground seeds (i use flax/pumpkin/sesame/sunflower)
Preparation
Heat up frozen berries with a tiny bit of water and sweetener (optional), chopped walnuts and a splash of plant milk
