- chickpeas
- red onion
- cloves of garlic
- baby tomatoes
- olive oil
Preparation
Baked for 30 minutes
I was going to eat it hot but let it cool while I made a salad. Rocket leaves, avocado ?, fresh basil & cucumber
Mixed together with lemon
Juice, balsamic vinegar & drizzled with mayo
