Avocado Blueberry Raw Vegan Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 organic avocado
- lettuce
- celery
- cucumber noodles
- lemon juice
- garlic
- chili flakes
- fresh blueberries
- homegrown sprouts
Preparation
Prepare cucumber noodles using a spiralizer or peeler if not pre-made
Wash and chop lettuce, celery, garlic, and other vegetables as needed
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently
Squeeze lemon juice over the salad and add chili flakes to taste, then serve immediately
