Avocado Blueberry Raw Vegan Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • lettuce
  • celery
  • cucumber noodles
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • chili flakes
  • fresh blueberries
  • homegrown sprouts

Preparation

  1. Prepare cucumber noodles using a spiralizer or peeler if not pre-made

  2. Wash and chop lettuce, celery, garlic, and other vegetables as needed

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently

  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad and add chili flakes to taste, then serve immediately
