Raw Vegan Omega-3 Harissa Raisin Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts soaked, rinsed, drained
- 1 tbsp each ground flax and chia
- 1/4 cup soaked raisins + 1/4 cup or more soaking water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 stalks celery
- 1.5 tsp harissa seasoning
- 1-2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender to create the dressing.
Serve the dressing on romaine lettuce and consider adding shredded beet for extra flavor.
