Raw Vegan Omega-3 Harissa Raisin Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts soaked, rinsed, drained
  • 1 tbsp each ground flax and chia
  • 1/4 cup soaked raisins + 1/4 cup or more soaking water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1.5 tsp harissa seasoning
  • 1-2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender to create the dressing.

  2. Serve the dressing on romaine lettuce and consider adding shredded beet for extra flavor.
