Baked Spicy Black Bean, Sweet Potato & Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Black Beans
  • 1 medium Baked Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • Ground Flax (2 flax eggs)
  • Cumin
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mashed beans, potato w/o skin and quinoa together combined flax eggs and spices/ herbs baked at 375 for about 20-25 minutes flipped once
