Baked Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of grated carrots
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup of spring onions sliced thinly
  • 2 cups of bean shoot
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Olive oil for brushing

Preparation

  1. In a fry pan add the oil, salt, vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes then add the tamari sauce and combine. Set aside to cool

  2. Place your sheet down and fill with the mixture. Place the vegetable rolls on a tray with baking paper and brush with olive oil. Cook for 20 minutes then turn them and brush them again and cook for another 20 minutes

  3. Serve with chilli sauce
