Banana & Almond Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup @freshlifefood almond meal
- 1 cup oat flour (i just whizz up @harrawaysnz rolled oats in the blender for a few seconds!)
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp baking powder + baking soda
Preparation
Add your dry ingredients in to the mixing bowl until well combined. Pour 1/4 almond milk (@pureharvest is the best!) and mix again
Pour the mixture in to a parchment-lined loaf tin. Drizzle with almond butter (the runny @picspeanutbutter is the best ?), and top with cacao nibs + slivered almonds
Bake at 180C for around 40 minutes until cooked through
