Banana-Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- recipe ⬇️ 400 g flour
- 400 ml oat milk
- 1 package of baking powder
- 2 bananas very ripe
- 1 grated lemon
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 pinch of fresh vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g blueberries
- Peel the bananas
- put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add milk and banana and mix until you get a smooth mixture
Heat some oil in a coated pan and fry the pancakes in it. Before you turn them over, sprinkle a few blueberries into the batter, which is still a little liquid
Bake them on both sides until golden brown and serve with agave syrup and fresh blueberries
