Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder @plantaforce
  • 170ml water
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teasp baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a pan heat a little coconut oil and on a low heat fry your pancakes making sure to turn half way through

  2. Add your toppings
