Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 200g oats
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup or other syrup
  • 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
  • 90g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Grab a mixing bowl, slice both bananas into the bowl, and mash with a fork.

  3. Chop the chocolate into small chunks and add to the bowl.

  4. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl, mix together, and once combined, scoop into a lined cake tin.

  5. Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the top has started to go golden brown.
