Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Flapjacks
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 200g oats
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup or other syrup
- 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
- 90g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grab a mixing bowl, slice both bananas into the bowl, and mash with a fork.
Chop the chocolate into small chunks and add to the bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl, mix together, and once combined, scoop into a lined cake tin.
Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the top has started to go golden brown.
