Banana Split Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2c coconut yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean
- 1/2c almond milkchestnut
- a sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon
- coconut oil
- cocoa powder
- 1/4c almond milk
How to steps
simply blend 1 frozen banana with 1/2c coconut yogurt or 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean, 1/2c almond milkchestnut and a sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon!
After pouring into a jar lined with sliced banana, drizzled on a raw chocolate syrup (equal parts melted coconut oil and cocoa powder), which hardens into chocolate sprinkles.
For the "whipped cream", froth 1/4c almond milk in my milk frother.
