Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2c coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean
  • 1/2c almond milkchestnut
  • a sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon
  • coconut oil
  • cocoa powder
  • 1/4c almond milk

Preparation

  1. simply blend 1 frozen banana with 1/2c coconut yogurt or 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean, 1/2c almond milkchestnut and a sprinkle of fresh ground cinnamon!

  2. After pouring into a jar lined with sliced banana, drizzled on a raw chocolate syrup (equal parts melted coconut oil and cocoa powder), which hardens into chocolate sprinkles.

  3. For the "whipped cream", froth 1/4c almond milk in my milk frother.
