Banoffee Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp @the_tribe_way vanilla protein powder
  • Dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix together oats, flax, mashed banana, and plant milk, and let it sit overnight.

  2. The next day, mix almond butter with vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and a bit of plant milk.

  3. Put the mixture on top of the oats.

  4. Add a few banana slices and a sprinkle of shredded coconut, and enjoy.
