Beet Banana Spinach Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen beets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 green tipped banana
  • 1 scoop plain whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 cups liquid of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, water)

Preparation
