Berry Mudslide Weetbix Brownies
Ingredients
- 60g weetbix (crushed)
- 50g almond meal
- 1tbs cacao powder
- 1tbs coconut sugar
- 100ml almond milk (i use @sogoodau unsweetened)
- 1tbs tahini (can use any nut butter)
- 1tsp salt (i use pink himalayan)
- 1tsp baking powder and baking soda
- 40g dark chocolate chunks (i used @lindt_australia 85%)
- frozen raspberries (how ever many you want to add in)
Preparation
Preheat oven time 180°c
In a bowl combine weetbix crumbs, almond meal, cacao, salt and baking powder and soda
Add in milk, tahini, coconut sugar and stir until combined
Fold through chocolate chunks and raspberries
Pour mixture into lined baking tray
Cool for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through -
