Berry Porridge with Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Frozen berries
  • Oats
  • 1 scoop vegan protein or cacao powder (I used mocca flavor from )
  • Ground flax seeds
  • Plant milk or water

Preparation

  1. Put oats, plant milk, frozen berries and the cacao or protein powder (optional) and water if necessary in a pot and heat to moderate heat. Stir frequently and when it starts to thicken up put it in a bowl, add the toppings

  2. And that’s it ?? but you can add other great stuff you enjoy like nuts, seeds, more fruits, nut butter, puffed quinoa/amaranth, apple sauce, soy yogurt etc ✨

  3. I make porridge almost everyday ?? it is such a filling, healthy, delicious meal what is so quick to make and never gets boring for me ? what about you
