  • 1 large corn
  • 1 finely diced large red onion
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or low-sodium tamari/soy sauce
  • juice 1 lime
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder
  • salt+pepper to taste
  • 3 very ripe avocados (mashed)
  • juice 1 lime
  • 2 finely grated garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli flakes
