Blended Aleppo Pistachio Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Aleppo pistachios
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Garnish
- Ice cubes
Preparation
In a blender pitcher, place the pistachios, honey, milk, and yogurt. Add some ice cubes and blend on medium speed until smooth and medium consistency.
Distribute the cocktail into serving glasses. Garnish with more crushed pistachios and serve immediately.
