Blue Spirulina Blueberry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 vanilla extract
- Splash of plant milk
Toppings
- Frozen raspberries
- Pecans
- Frozen soya yogurt
- Blue spirulina snowflakes
- Desiccated coconut
- Gingerbread cookie
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a cake mold.
Freeze until firm.
Once frozen, decorate with the toppings as desired.
Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to serve.
