Blue Spirulina Moon Milk

Ingredients

  • 250ml oat milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp ashwagandha (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and turn on the heat.

  2. Whisk well and make sure you don't bring it to a boil.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug and serve.
