Vanilla and Ginger Moon Milk

Ingredients

  • 250ml oat milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ashwagandha (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and turn on the heat.

  2. Whisk well and make sure you don't bring it to a boil.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug, enjoy and sleep well.
