Vanilla and Ginger Moon Milk
Ingredients
- 250ml oat milk (or any plant milk)
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ashwagandha (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and turn on the heat.
Whisk well and make sure you don't bring it to a boil.
Pour into your favorite mug, enjoy and sleep well.
