Beetroot Latte with Milk and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cooked beetroot
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 2 dates
  • cinnamon to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan.

  3. Heat over medium heat and stir until it boils.

  4. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.

  5. Remove from heat after 3 minutes.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
