Beetroot Latte with Milk and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cooked beetroot
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 2 dates
- cinnamon to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat and stir until it boils.
Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
Remove from heat after 3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.
