Chocolate Puffed Quinoa Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup quinoa puffs
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave

  2. Mix in the cacao, maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined

  3. Fold in the quinoa puffs

  4. Pour into a lined loaf tin or any small container

  5. Place in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened

  6. Lift the foil out and peel the chocolate off. Cut into bars
