Peppermint Hot Cocoa Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 heaping Tablespoons @drinkorgain Peppermint Hot Cocoa Organic Plant Based Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 Tablespoons non dairy milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Coat the inside of a medium or large microwaveable mug with a little coconut oil.
In a small bowl mix the protein powder, flour, baking powder and sugar with a fork until combined.
Add maple syrup, coconut oil, non dairy milk and vanilla extract and mix again until no lumps remain.
Pour cake batter into prepared mug and microwave on high for 90 seconds.
If the cake is not cooked through, cook again for another 30 seconds.
Let cool and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
