Blueberry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup assorted frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • optional 1 scoop protein of choice

Toppings

  • Blueberries, coconut, almonds, spreadthelove almond butter, beekeepers_naturals pollen

Preparation

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
