Blueberry Almond Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1 cup assorted frozen berries
- 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- optional 1 scoop protein of choice
Toppings
- Blueberries, coconut, almonds, spreadthelove almond butter, beekeepers_naturals pollen
Preparation
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
