Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • Blueberry chia jam, fresh blueberries
  • yoghurt

Preparation

  1. If you want your little one to give this a go give them a couple cups of blueberries, a couple tablespoons of chia seeds, a teaspoon of vanilla and a couple tablespoons of maple syrup

  2. Throw it all in a pan, add a dash of water to get it going and cook over low heat for about 7 minutes. That’s it! They love watching the berries burst and the texture change ... and it’s so yummy
