Cinnamon Coconut Yoghurt Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1.5 cups liquid (plant based milk and water)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Toppings

  • hot maple banana
  • sesame seeds
  • blueberries
  • runny acai chia jam
  • melted dark chocolate
  • chocolate chip cookie crumble

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, liquid, and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  2. Stir in coconut yoghurt until well incorporated

  3. Prepare and add toppings as desired, such as heating banana with maple syrup if needed
