  • 1 & 1/2 cups of liquid (plant based milk & water)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt


  1. Toppings, hot maple banana & sesame seeds, blueberries, runny açaí chia jam, melted dark chocolate and a choc chip cookie crumble
