Cinnamon Coconut Yoghurt Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1.5 cups liquid (plant based milk and water)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Toppings
- hot maple banana
- sesame seeds
- blueberries
- runny acai chia jam
- melted dark chocolate
- chocolate chip cookie crumble
Preparation
Combine oats, liquid, and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Stir in coconut yoghurt until well incorporated
Prepare and add toppings as desired, such as heating banana with maple syrup if needed
