Breakfast
Ingredients
- mash 2 bananas. Add 2 cups rolled oats
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax (optional
- or use another seed)
- and 2 cups plant milk
Preparation
Stir to combine
Pour into baking dish (I use a glass 8x8 pan) and sprinkle with frozen cranberries (or another fruit)
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
