Breakfast

Ingredients

  • mash 2 bananas. Add 2 cups rolled oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax (optional
  • or use another seed)
  • and 2 cups plant milk

Preparation

  1. Stir to combine

  2. Pour into baking dish (I use a glass 8x8 pan) and sprinkle with frozen cranberries (or another fruit)

  3. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
