Ingredients
- Whole Jumbo Oats - 15g
- Soya Milk - 55ml (I love it more with Coconut milk?)
- Banana - 35g
- Fresh raspberry - 25
- Dried skimmed milk - 10g
- Chia seeds - 3g
- Kiwi - 58g (1 fruit)
- Protein muesli
- Almonds - 7
- Natural honey - 7g
- Blueberries - 11g
Preparation
Put it all in layers, close the lid and leave in the fridge overnight ? that's it, breakfast is ready when you wake up
