Breakfast Gets Ready While You Sleep

Ingredients

  • Whole Jumbo Oats - 15g
  • Soya Milk - 55ml (I love it more with Coconut milk?)
  • Banana - 35g
  • Fresh raspberry - 25
  • Dried skimmed milk - 10g
  • Chia seeds - 3g
  • Kiwi - 58g (1 fruit)
  • Protein muesli
  • Almonds - 7
  • Natural honey - 7g
  • Blueberries - 11g

Preparation

  1. Put it all in layers, close the lid and leave in the fridge overnight ? that's it, breakfast is ready when you wake up
