Cappuccino Baked Oats with Hazelnut Butter and Banana

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (hazelnut butter)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few pieces of vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, plant milk, espresso, mashed banana, hazelnut butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

  4. Fold in the pieces of vegan white chocolate into the batter.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and the oats are set.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

  8. Enjoy your cappuccino baked oats warm!
