Carrot Cake Style

Ingredients

  • peanut butter
  • almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • pecans (or walnuts!)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • almond milk

Preparation

  1. Original peanut butter overnight oats from my website, subbed almond butter, added 1/2 cup of shredded carrots, raisins, and pecans (or walnuts!), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, plus a little more almond milk than called for

  2. Mixed it all up and let sit overnight!!! topped with almond butter and banana for breakfast
