Carrot Cake Style
Ingredients
- peanut butter
- almond butter
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- pecans (or walnuts!)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- almond milk
Preparation
Original peanut butter overnight oats from my website, subbed almond butter, added 1/2 cup of shredded carrots, raisins, and pecans (or walnuts!), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, plus a little more almond milk than called for
Mixed it all up and let sit overnight!!! topped with almond butter and banana for breakfast
