How to steps

  1. Cook Actifried chips according to package instructions.

  2. Mix extra light cheese triangles with boiling water, garlic powder, and onion salt to create a sauce.

  3. Top cooked chips with the cheese sauce and grated mozzarella, and put them under the grill to melt.

  4. Caramelize onions by slicing a whole brown onion and slowly cooking in a wok with a lid on for about 20 to 30 minutes. Add a pinch of sweetener at the end.

  5. Cook breaded Quorn fillets according to package instructions.

  6. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the fries and serve with the caramelized onions, breaded Quorn fillets, Italian salad leaves, and radish.
